Refund & Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products. All items are produced on demand by our fulfillment partner, Tapstitch. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or preference-based issues.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To start a return request for a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at dustclothingbrand@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging to help us evaluate the issue.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and refund if appropriate.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for the following:

Incorrect sizing or ordering errors

Buyer’s remorse or change of preference

Gift cards

Exchanges
Because each item is made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order once your issue is resolved.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and inspected the issue. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
